Also known as Property Management System deals with the communication between the communications of each department such as hospitality industry, governments, manufacturing and etc. PMS has its high technology access between organizations. In Hospitality industry this is very useful and advances in information system throughout the association. In the hotel, PMS is very useful such as in the Yield percentage, reservation, bookings, telephone and other access throughout the hotel. Connections are being involved and are easy to understand and compute.

In local government, it can help the city/ municipality to interfere with each other. It can moderately understand the needs of each department through PMS. All of these are necessary income earners for a local authority, so the efficiency gained through an automated, computerized system is essential.

In lodging industry, PMS is through online. All departments such as food and beverage department, banquet department, sales and marketing department, housekeeping department, controller, and security department interfere with the front office department or the front desk to give the quality needs of the guests. For example, a guest may refer to a banquet department automatically the front desk will just have to use the PMS online to send the message to the banquet department.

The function of PMS is to address the needs of the guest or an employer to other application around the hotels. I will just have to explain the lodging industry to be more understandable and to be more competitive and how to use the new appearance of PMS. In lodging industry, there is also other application of PMS, such as vendor claims, backup sources- wherein the hotel must have a backup in case of emergencies.

In today generation, using PMS is highly competitive because of its high lights in serving the guest. In the hotel, they may prefer to buy expensive high technology so that there will be a positive outcome and positive feedback to the guest.

MAS

Also known as Multi Agent System, the researcher found out that this system can contribute and can help problems have a solution.  Through its high tech and excellent presentation, its major contextual maybe equipped as computer scientist. It is the unique way of introducing the researchers a accessible covering the diverse foundation of MAS.

The MAS has an active transition that is leading researchers in the area. A Multi Agent system has a vital role in multi agent systems from its game theory to logic and has and in the presents all researches are in a textbook form. The researcher serves as a reference in each of these fields to the College students.
