L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon

At the heart of Hong Kong Island lies, on the 3rd floor of one of the finest Asian institutions, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Once arrived you are welcomed by a former Miss Hong Kong, and led through the windowed cellar with thousand of bottles, either at your counter place, or at your lounge table or in one of the many private rooms of Le Jardin de Joël Robuchon. 'La Carte' will also satisfy your innermost desires thanks to the talent of Joël Robuchon who knew how to adapt his recipes to exotic oriental flavours. Bento boxes are offered at lunch to hurried bankers and a more elaborated menu is proposed on evenings with a variety of traditional dishes revisited by Michel Del Burgo. A wine card worth of the greatest restaurants in the world through a close collaboration between L'Atelier
L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the name of eight French gourmet restaurants, located in Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, New York, Paris, Singapore, Taipei and Tokyo. Owned by chef Joël Robuchon, the restaurants serve his French haute cuisine in a stylized environment. Many of the seats are arranged to overlook the meal preparation in the kitchen.
Robuchon's signature dishes include a cauliflower cream with caviar and potato puree, "Pommes Puree Truffee" truffled potatoes, and his "La Caille Farcie de Foie Gras et Caramelisee", free-range quail stuffed with foie gras.
L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon has its magical experience. They have a romantic dinner and very wonderful surroundings. You may never think for a bill for as long as you may never regret in the food they served. You may never think also in the calorie you intake in their food for as long as you have eaten the best food they served.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is all class, complete dishes from appetizers up to drinks you have wanted to drink. This restuarant is has its great services, good atmosphere, lovely waiters and waitresses. It is a pricy food but iy is worthy enough. It is the BEST RESTAURANT IN HONG KONG. Every food they served, you will always smile because of its appearance, and its smell. Prices are high but the service and food they provide is well worth it. It is not a disappointment but just not a surprise.
L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is focusing in customers satisfaction wherein, a customer must wear smiles in their faces, and all of the said customers will be granted as very satisfied and a quality of food. Though, there are some instances of negative bcomments but there are majority in positive comments. Decorations in their restaurants are very elegant that looks like you are in a place of romantic and elegance. Its services is very quick and friendly. When it's not too busy, the servers gives you personal attention. Pouring tea for you and replace the dirty plates repeatedly. Customers were warmly greeted by the customers before sitting down at their table. Chefs were very approachable and very friendly enough. Every night the chefs excel and pool all their culinary abilities with the buffet presented in the L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, it is a feast for the eyes and for the palette, come hungry and go home satisfied but do book a reservation as it sells out almost every day to locals and visitors to the hotel. Enough to make you want to eat two breakfasts. Absolutely wonderful pastries - fresh and light pastry, delicious fillings. The price is a little bit high but you can drink champagne eating as much lobsters as you want. All food is really good, you'll find several fish (crab, prawns but no oysters), sushi and sashimi, a lot of meats, foie gras , so many european cheese and hams, dozens of different desserts: The place is not too upscale to take along kids. I recommend it if you are really hungry and want to enjoy a perfect view.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon-We had the chef’s tasting menu which was expensive relative to day to day dining, but good value for the quantity, quality and experience. The food was superbly delicious, fresh and perfectly balanced with unexpected surprises (all good) in taste. The staff were unbelievable professional, attentive and friendly, and really made you feel like a guest of honour. Inside the restaurant is spacious and grand and every detail has been addressed to make your meal and experience memorable.Excellent service and attention and delicious foods at this special restaurant. It was a repeat visit for one of us and as worthwhile as anticipated. A little on the expensive side, so be prepared to spend for the experience. Presentation on all servings was sensational, knowledge of what was being presented by the waiters excellent.
